We
have 2 different types of classes - Salsa or Mambo Shines. you need to
decide on this first.
The style of Salsa we teach in both of them is also called Salsa
On2 or Mambo. The Salsa classes involve
partner work and most importantly the language of 'lead and follow'
necessary to add Salsa to your social repertoire of skills. You will
learn the fundamentals and most importantly how to lead or follow
these steps without a pre-designated routine. Suitable
if you want to learn the art of social Salsa dance. The Mambo Shines classes
are comprised of a few Salsa fundamentals plus 'Mambo
Shines' in their simplest format, joined together to
form little mini routines that are fun and easy to do. Because of
the amount of dancing we do Mambo Shines dance class winds up being a
bit of a latin fitness class. It's energetic and fun with NO PARTNER
WORK to worry about! Suitable if you're not concerned with
partner work and just want a bit of fun with Salsa dance and music
or if you're looking to supplement your weekly fitness program with
something different and interesting
or if you need 'shines' for your Salsa repertoire - applicable to
guys or girls!
