- All classes run for 1 hr each
- All courses run concurrent with NSW terms unless otherwise stated.
- There are no classes on Public Holidays - this is taken into account
when costing a course
- Each next course will appear available to book from mid course of the
preceding term
- All costs are per person
Level 1 – Absolute beginners
Level 2 – Beginner/Intermediate
Level 3 – Intermediate
Open – Varying levels can participate simultaneously
(All advanced lessons are conducted as private lessons or privately arranged
group lessons)
Our primary means of communication is
email and mobile phone. If you have not given these, it is likely that
you may not be informed of any changes, offers or specials.
We respect your privacy. All personal information
given to AusLatin is utterly confidential and is not available to any
other person or organisation except by law.
Registration information is used solely as a means of communication &
identification. You may ask to have your contact details removed from
our communications list at anytime, but this will mean that you will likely
be unaware of any sudden unavoidable changes, offers or specials until
your next visit to class.
Please arrive 30 minutes early for your first
class and report to the reception desk to complete your registration.
All prices include 10% GST
Course Payments must be paid in full no
later than the 2nd week of the course
On your first visit to AusLatin only, you may pay a deposit of $16 to
try out the class, and pay the balance to the relevant course cost after
class or on your next visit. No further
extensions apply.
Receipts are available at reception on request.
Course payments are NON REFUNDABLE and NON
TRANSFERABLE to another person, but may be transferred as a credit to
another course, product or service or suspended as a block only, for a
maximum of 1 term as approved by management. This
transfer system does NOT apply in arrears.
You must complete & submit a suspension
form prior to the missed classes in order to have the course payment
suspended .
Course payments are valid for 1 class per week for the designated number
of weeks for that course.
Late registration is acceptable only after the
student's capabilities have been assessed by AusLatin prior to attendance.
Relevant course fees will be calculated and charged. This facility is
not available as an automatic online payment. Payment must be arranged
by phone, email or in person at classes.
Failure or inability to attend a class does
not entitle the user to a refund.
In the event that you need to miss a class, you may make up the class
in another venue at another class during that term
only.
'Catch up'private lessons are
available to registered students at discounted rates.
Course payments or part payments are NON
REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE to another person, but may be transferred
as a credit to another course, product or service or suspended as a block
only, for a maximum of 1 term as approved by management. THIS TRANSFER
SYSTEM DOES NOT APPLY IN ARREARS.
You must complete & submit a suspension

Failure to attend 4 or more classes during the course will result in the
need to repeat the same level in next term
If for any reason a class, course or workshop
must be postponed or suspended, you will be informed and the relevant
calculated paid fee will be refunded or transferred to another course,
service or product.
All dance tuition is undertaken at your own
risk.
AusLatin Productions does not accept any liability for any injuries sustained.
AusLatin Productions does everything possible to ensure your safety. Please
take care to listen to and follow directions very carefully, and be sure
to ask if you are unsure or experience any pain or discomfort during a
session before proceeding with any movement.
