- All classes run for 1 hr each
- All courses run concurrent with NSW terms unless otherwise stated.
- There are no classes on Public Holidays - this is taken into account
when costing a course
- If you register late for a course you will only be charged pro rata
for the classes that you will attend
- Each next course will appear available to book from mid course of
the preceding term
- All costs are per person
- Please arrive no later than 15 minutes early for your first class and
report to the reception desk to complete your registration.
- Our offices are manned part time. It is best to contact us via our enquiry
form which is attended to regularly. If you do phone us on 02 9980
1404 and we are unable to answer, please do leave a message as these
too are attended to regularly.
Level 1 – Absolute beginners
Level 2 – Continuing beginners
Level 3 – Intermediate
Level 4 - Advanced
Open – Suitable for varying levels to participate
simultaneously - you may work at your own pace
You should not attempt to participate in any class that exceeds your
level of fitness or expertise without first consulting your doctor,
AusLatin management and/or having a private lesson first so that you
will be adequately prepared for the class.
Our primary
means of communication is email and mobile phone. If you have not given
these, it is likely that you may not be informed of any changes, offers
or specials.
We respect your privacy. All personal information
given to AusLatin is utterly confidential and is not available to any
other person or organisation except by law.
Registration information is used solely as a means of communication
& identification. You may ask to have your contact details removed from
our communications list at anytime, but this will mean that you will
likely be unaware of any sudden unavoidable changes, offers or specials
until your next visit to class.
All prices include 10% GST
Courses should be booked and fully paid no later than 5pm on the Friday
preceeding the beginning of any given term
We accept VISA and MasterCard online.
We have no EFTPOS facilities on site. Payments at class must be made
by cash, VISA or MasterCard manual system.
You may book and pay a deposit of $20, and finalise the balance no later
than your second attendance at class
Receipts are available at reception on request.
Course payments are valid for 1 class per week within the designated
stream and level for the designated number of weeks for that course.
We offer trial classes on your first visit to AusLatin; you may pay
a non refundable deposit of $20 to try out the class, and pay the balance
to the relevant course cost after class or on your next visit should
you decide to continue.
No further extensions apply.
You may pre-book your trial lesson online via our booking
facility. The lesson is assumed to be the first one of the course.
At our venues we take cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard.
At our venues, credit cards will not be acceptable for amounts less
than $50. However credit cards are acceptable for the $20 trial lesson
if booking online.
We have no Eftpos facilities
If you prefer not to use credit card online for bookings, you will need
to email us to have us make a preliminary booking, after which you will
be given the details for and EFT or direct deposit.
Late registration is acceptable after consultation
with AusLatin management prior to attendance, to assess the best course
of action for catching up without adversely affecting the other participants
in the class.
Course fees will be calculated and charged pro rata. This facility is
not available as an automatic online payment. Payment must be arranged
by phone, email or in person at classes.
Course/class payments are NON REFUNDABLE unless:-
a) You have registered for a partner dancing class in which the numbers
are too uneven for optimum learning.
b) Your individual class has been cancelled for some unavoidable reason for that term. You would be refunded the relevant amount.
Failure or inability to attend a class
does not entitle the user to a refund.
Course payments are non refundable
You can receive a credit for use towards a catch up private lesson in the same term only if you can email us or forward a suspension
form from this site, or fill out a suspension form at reception. You must do so prior to the missed class and we must receive this in writing.This transfer system does NOT apply in arrears. Credits are forfeit after 1 term. In the event of cessation of all AusLatin run classes, all credits are forfeit.
If you know in advance, at the time of payment, that you will only ve able to attend part of your course, we will charge you pro-rata for only
those classes that you CAN do. This would have to be arranged
in person at reception, or by email or phone as the automated online booking facility cannot
make allowances for this.
If for any reason an individual class, course or workshop
must be postponed or suspended, you will be informed and the relevant
calculated paid fee will be refunded or credited for use in the following term only. In the event of cessation of all AusLatin run classes, all credits are forfeit.
Management reserves the right to disallow progression from one level
to the next if the participant's capacity adversely affects the meaningful
participation of other clients in the class. This is particularly true
of any partner dancing class where a poor execution of moves can cause
injury to others.
All dance tuition is undertaken at your own
risk.
AusLatin Productions does not accept any liability for any injuries
sustained.
AusLatin Productions does everything possible to ensure your safety.
Please take care to listen to and follow directions very carefully,
and be sure to ask if you are unsure or experience any pain or discomfort
during a session before proceeding with any movement.
Management reserves the right to remove from classes any persons whose behavior disrupts classes, causes a potentially dangerous situation or prevents others from being able to part-take fully in the service for which they have paid. No refund would be applicable.
